Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Manage budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on financial procedures
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and implement internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
