Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, Indonesian tax regulations, and standard accounting practices (PSAK).
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and departmental productivity.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful and timely completion of annual financial audits.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all reconciliations are accurate.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support management in strategic decision-making and budgeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
