Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support management decision-making
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
