Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full BIR compliance including tax filings, registrations, and regulatory reporting
- Oversee accounts payable processing, vendor management, and payment disbursements
- Manage accounts receivable collections, aging analysis, and credit control measures
- Implement internal audit controls and risk management frameworks
- Develop standardized accounting procedures and documentation systems
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management
- Lead and mentor accounting staff through performance coaching and training
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license is required
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure
- Expert knowledge of BIR regulations and tax compliance requirements
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in developing financial control systems and procedures
