We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team in Kelapa Gading. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage the tax compliance process, including PPh, PPN, and corporate income tax reporting.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to ensure the integrity of accounting data.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B or CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PSAK) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
