Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and projections for management review
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during audits
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting processes
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure company policies are followed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
