Citco is seeking a dynamic Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance operations in Makati City. This full-time hybrid role requires 3 days of onsite work per week (12 days/month) with a morning shift schedule (9 AM - 6 PM). You'll oversee daily accounting functions, ensure financial compliance, and drive process improvements within our global financial services firm. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting systems
- Coordinate external audits and resolve financial discrepancies
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
