Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making
- Manage and develop accounting staff through coaching and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate financial information
- Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
