Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff through performance management and training initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities and financial institutions
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and process improvements
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, GAAP, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
