We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, rigorous internal controls, and strategic oversight of our accounting department.
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting team by example, fostering a culture of precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes, overseeing daily bookkeeping, and providing management with critical insights that drive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Perform complex financial analysis to support budget preparation and expense management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and other mandatory filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate annual audits and regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
