Mega Soft Hygienic Products, Inc. is a dynamic and growing leader in the personal care industry, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team in Santa Teresita, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring that our disbursements are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
As our Accounting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing vendor relations, overseeing payroll cycles, and maintaining the financial integrity of our day-to-day business activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and execute daily financial disbursements and cash flow management.
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor reconciliation and payment scheduling.
- Lead and manage the timely processing of payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve financial vouchers and liquidations to maintain internal controls.
- Prepare periodic financial reports to assist management in making data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or supervisory roles.
- Solid understanding of Philippine taxation, labor laws, and statutory payroll requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
