Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and review daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and examinations
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Experience in the manufacturing or wire and cable industry is a plus
