As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our financial accuracy, overseeing daily accounting activities and ensuring the integrity of our financial records. You will play a pivotal role in managing our General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets, ensuring all processes are efficient, compliant, and accurate. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
- Manage the General Ledger, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and ensuring proper classification of accounts.
- Supervise Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor statement reconciliation.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and depreciation of fixed assets in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare various financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations for management review.
- Assist in the preparation for month-end and year-end closing procedures and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and relevant tax regulations.
- Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a small team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in the FMCG or cosmetics industry is a significant advantage.
