Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indonesian GAAP
- Lead and develop accounting team through training and performance management
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
