Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team through performance management and skill development initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate management reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support financial planning and operational efficiency
- Implement process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize cash flow management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry accounting practices preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
