Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews and variance analysis for management reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Lead and develop accounting staff through performance management and skills development
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing documentation and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Proven track record in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit compliance
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with mentoring experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and process improvement
