Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with PSAK standards and maintain financial record integrity
- Review and approve journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Manage asset registers, depreciation schedules, and inventory valuation processes
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports incorporating audit data and analysis
- Implement system updates and process improvements for enhanced financial reporting
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK standards and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in preparing financial statements and management reports
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
