Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Manage and process tax remittances, SSS, PhilHealth, and other statutory contributions
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Optimize accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience with supervisory background
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
