Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Handle all government remittances and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to ensure full compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely settlements and accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and BIR regulations, including the preparation of necessary tax filings.
- Supervise and train junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Perform regular internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax codes, government remittance procedures, and BIR requirements.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
