Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
- Conduct thorough financial verifications to support employee deployment and recruitment processes.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accounting staff to ensure team productivity.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal departments for audit and compliance requirements.
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, payroll processing, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
