Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Coordinate internal and external audits while implementing corrective actions
- Optimize accounting processes through system upgrades and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor staff
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
