Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits
- Implement and optimize accounting processes to enhance efficiency
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Proven experience in process improvement and team development
