Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hospital's accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports specific to healthcare operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes for medical staff
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures for healthcare financial reporting
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to hospital management
- Train and mentor accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hospital assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of healthcare accounting principles, practices, and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
