Ofero is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing strategic insights to the management team. As our Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the accounting team, streamline financial workflows, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations, including General Ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Manage tax reporting and compliance, ensuring alignment with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline procurement and inventory accounting processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/Brevet certification is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
