Are you a results-oriented finance professional ready to take your career to the next level? Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance department. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statements (FS).
We are seeking a detail-oriented leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining financial integrity. You will play a crucial role in process improvement, team development, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of junior accountants and clerks to ensure high performance.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statements (FS) and monthly reports.
- Review general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely settlements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and company financial policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and provide financial analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
