Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage tax compliance and filings in strict accordance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh/PPh 21, PPN).
- Supervise and mentor the accounting staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead the implementation and utilization of accounting software and supporting systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual audit schedules and reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
