As Accounting Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our expanding portfolio of baby care brands. The position requires strategic oversight of daily accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciliations
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for departmental planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAAK standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in consumer goods or FMCG industry highly valued
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve accounting processes
