Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license with 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
