Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and budgeting processes
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
