Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure high-quality output.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including verifying invoices and processing payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filings.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor variances against actual performance.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and manage stock valuation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local accounting systems).
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
