Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and accounting standards
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate annual audits and resolve financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred
