Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax compliance filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax returns.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Lead internal and external audit requirements and coordinate with auditors to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff to ensure team productivity and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of progressive experience in accounting; experience in a healthcare or medical-related setting is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively across departments.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
