Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Review and analyze financial reports for completeness and accuracy
- Supervise and manage accounting staff, including performance evaluations and professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present financial statements to management
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations
- Implement accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Experience in the relevant industry is preferred
- CPA certification is a plus
