Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations and general ledger functions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of junior accountants and clerks to ensure high performance standards.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and government regulations (e.g., BIR).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
