Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring all invoices are processed timely and accurately.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the AP team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent errors and ensure audit readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships, including reconciliation of vendor statements and addressing payment inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and company financial policies.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and AP aging reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in invoice routing and payment cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, including E-Vat and withholding tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight month-end closing deadlines.
