Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily accounting operations of the After Sales Service department, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of parts importation, including customs brokerage settlements and duty payments.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and monitor inventory valuations for imported electronics components.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports regarding warranty costs and after-sales service profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws (BIR, BOC) regarding importations and withholding taxes.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accounting staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to reconcile shipment documentation with accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specific to the service division.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accountancy (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in accounting, ideally within an electronics or trading industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine importation regulations, including customs duties, freight, and VAT on imports.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial audits and collaborate with tax authorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing team members.
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
