We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor and Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Asih Eka Abadi. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee general ledger operations, including month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance
- Coordinate external audits and resolve discrepancies with auditors
- Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows and reporting systems
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and variance analysis
- Proven leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
