- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and collecting receivables.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to provide insights to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to manage payroll processing and budget preparation.
- Train and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
