Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management
- Act as the primary bridge for technical financial communication between departments
- Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis for the Consumer Electronics division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly desirable
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
