Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Lead financial reporting processes including preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while implementing accounting best practices
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training, performance evaluations, and process improvements
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews and audits
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency
- Coordinate budget preparation and financial forecasting processes with department heads
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ years in supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting standards, and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel with pivot tables/VBA
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and implement process improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or retail industry preferred
