Join our dynamic finance team at Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia as an Accounting Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills to oversee payment verification processes, ensuring all financial documents comply with regulatory standards and company policies. You'll collaborate closely with the finance department to streamline payment approvals, prepare comprehensive financial proofs, and support accurate transaction processing. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in accounting workflows while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all financial operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and approve payment documents for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare financial proofs and supporting documentation for transactions
- Supervise daily accounting operations and team performance
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Coordinate month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage accounting staff development and workload distribution
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervision
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting standards
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing industry preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
