In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of General Accounting, Receivables, Inventory, Revenue, and Asset Accounting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all general accounting functions for assigned entities
- Supervise accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection and accurate recording
- Manage inventory accounting to maintain accurate valuation and control
- Oversee revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Supervise asset accounting, including depreciation calculations and asset management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and relevant tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
