Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Lead the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and corporate accounting standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of junior accountants and staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and BIR tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks experience is an advantage).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
