Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory submissions
- Lead and develop accounting teams through performance management, training, and process optimization
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Implement accounting system improvements and enforce financial controls
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- 3+ years in supervisory or managerial role within accounting/finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Deep understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Proven leadership experience with team development and mentoring
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
