Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards (PFRS).
- Lead and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, performance feedback, and training.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and internal audit reviews.
- Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in accounting.
- Proficient in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Strong experience with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
