Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
- Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial governance and risk management
- Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (CPA, Akuntan Publik) is highly desirable
