Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and accounting standards
- Implement and optimize financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary financial liaison for key accounts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
