Tanggung Jawab
As an Accounting & Tax Consultant at Evergreen Hans, your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all corporate income tax (PPh) and value-added tax (PPN) returns, including E-SPT and E-Faktur.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on various tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist clients with tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
- Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws and accounting regulations and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and tax consulting, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Possession of Brevet A/B certification is highly advantageous.
