PT Duta Abadi Primantara, a market leader in premium bedding solutions representing world-class brands, is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Accounting, Tax & Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Slipi, Jakarta. As the Supervisor, you will lead the charge in managing day-to-day financial operations while taking ownership of critical documentation such as Transfer Pricing (TP) and audit coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of daily accounting transactions, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes.
- Manage comprehensive tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT).
- Lead the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc) to ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax examinations.
- Prepare detailed financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow analysis for management review.
- Supervise the finance team to ensure timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Finance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Possess a valid Brevet A & B certification; Brevet C is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations, PSAK, and experience handling Transfer Pricing Documentation.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
