Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive credit application volume.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target demographics in the Cikarang area.
- Perform initial analysis of prospective client profiles to ensure alignment with company credit policies.
- Prepare and submit detailed credit proposals for management review.
- Manage the end-to-end process of customer acquisition, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through transparent communication and professional advisory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of credit applications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or credit analysis within the finance or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of BI Checking and credit risk assessment procedures.
- Must possess a clean BI Checking record (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and internal CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet ambitious monthly sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
